Magic Patch Quilting accepts Visa, Mastercard, Cheque and Money Order for payment.
All Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
All items will be dispatched via Australia Post.
We value your custom and upon receipt of your payment and order we will dispatch goods as soon as possible (generally within 7 days).
Orders up to $30 - $5 per order
Orders up to $60 - $8 per order
Orders over $60 will be posted Express Post Satchels - $10 per parcel.
All products are listed in good faith, but it is possible a supplier may notify us that a product is currently unavailable. Upon receipt of this information we will contact you to let you know of the cancellation and provide a refund for your order or delay of your order.
We stand behind the quality of all items which we supply. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any item, you should contact us to arrange its return. The returned item must be in original condition (not cut, washed or dyed) for a credit to your account to be applied. All items must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your order. Return shipping charges should be prepaid. Shipping charges will never be refunded except where we have shipped an item in error. The original invoice or a copy must accompany all returns. After a return has been received it may take up to five business days to process. A refund will be credited to the account used for payment.
Some items, such as books and patterns, cannot be returned under any circumstances. Orders for such items are final so please choose carefully and if necessary contact us for advice before ordering.
