Holiday Workshops

Over the Christmas break there will be a series of Day Workshops available that you can join us for. There are two new quilts to choose between to make on these days, or you could choose to learn to crochet by making a hat and scarf! These workshops will run from 10am to 3pm and cost $45 for the day's tuition, fabrics and patterns are extra. Photos of the projects are available on Facebook.

New Projects for 2012

Three clubs will be running in 2012. All the clubs have eight classes spread over the year. Each class will cost $65 per class, all materials for the projects are included in this price.

Mystery quilt:
Make eight projects and a quilt in this year long class. Project kits are included in the price but some extra's such as wadding, etc are not. The fabric for your quilt is also not included, but we are more than happy to help you choose and lay by your fabrics!

Lachie flies again:
This little boy doll is on his way to fly his plane! Dressed as an aviator and carrying his toy plane he is fun to dress and make his accessories. Doll and accessories are included in the class cost.

Teddies & Roses:
Make projects with a teddy and rose theme in this club. Items can be used as gifts for special people in your life or yourself!

What's new in the shop?

There are many new pattern samples on display in the shop, designs by Hatched & Patched, Natalie Ross in Stitches, Melly & Me, May Blossom as well as quite a few new Magic Patch Quilting Designs, just to name a few!

Fabrics galore are also spilling from the shelves with the latest ranges from Moda, Marcus Bros, Benartex, Quilt Gate, Hoffman and many others just waiting for you to choose from.

While you are visiting make sure you check out our lovely new 'sit and look' corner, where you can browse our pattern catalogues or have a sneak preview of the latest books.

We also offer a large variety of classes designed to suit everyone from Beginner to those wanting a challenge. Also for those amongst us who only have a little time or those who are able to stay longer. If you are interested in any particular classes contact us for further details.

All daytime patchwork classes run in six week blocks which run continuously throughout the year (except school holidays).

Evening classes only run for one six week block per term, (that is: four by six week block of classes per year).

Club classes are full year classes, if you are interested the next years classes are released at the beginning of December.
